I just wanted to take a few minutes and explain the current status of the guild in my perspective.

When Elysium was started until now I have seen a strong growth in many different areas. Of course there have been bumps in the road and obstacles we've had to work around, but that comes with the territory. All in all I just wanted to say the atmosphere, communication, and group participation has been great. We all share a strange but unique sense of humor in a good way which allows us to joke around, but when it's time to get down to business we all work very well together. As of right now the chemistry of this guild is amazing and the respect level is right where I want it.

Another thing which I have noticed is people taking the time to help one another with rotations, ironing out specs, gemming other guild members after gear upgrades, etc. We have a lot of great people here in Elysium and once in a while its good to let everyone know that their efforts don't go unnoticed nor are they taken for granted.

Keep up the excellent work and don't let this confidence boost get to your head. Stay on track and lets progress from this point forward.

I have been very pleased with the outcome of the guild to a certain extent. However I want you all to read this and read it carefully.

I have the desire to learn, do you? I'm willing to take new people into this guild and teach them just how I was taught in the past. I'm not pointing fingers or blaming anyone in general, but I will say this and I'm dead set on my word so read this carefully.

1. There will be absolutely NO name calling, if so you will be removed from any raid, instance or whatever we are doing at that given moment. We are here to work with one another and develop as ONE. Do I make myself clear?

2. If you have a problem with someone else and you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all. We are not 12 years old here, act your age and be the bigger person... got it?

3. During raids vent must be cleared, if you want to joke around and be an asshole then you can leave. When it's time to get serious I expect everyone to do the same.

4. If I see people having an issue because were taking to long... to bad! Me along with the other officers are trying to make sure everything goes smooth. If you are not willing to cooperate then you will not be invited back to anymore raids, its as simple are that.

5. Ready checks will be enabled before each pull to ensure everyone is paying attention. No exceptions to the rule, I want things to go as smooth as possible and get people into the routeen of how things are run in Elysium. Sloppy raids will equal in wipes and repair bills. Id rather be safe then sorry, you agree?

Everyone needs to realize that in the beginning everyone is trying to adjust to how people do certain things. Wiping will occur so do not get discouraged or mouthy with anyone in the guild. Everyone is learning to work together and whether you realize it or not every night we gather is another step forward towards progression.

There is something I would like to share with you and just take it for what its worth. Go back to when you first started and you didn't know certain things. Think back to the progression you've made since then. I created this guild to bring the best of the best together. My point is this... If someone needs help or lacks knowledge you may have, share it (minus the attitude). Everyone starts somewhere and in this guild I will not take shit from anyone. Work together and learn how to treat others. If you're unable to do so then you're NOT meant to be apart of this team!

All in all I'm very proud of everyone and how things are progressing. I'm sure everyone will agree, but you all need to know there will be bumps in the road and kinks that need to be worked out. Great work last night in Ulduar and keep up the good work.

After being in one of the best raiding guilds around aka (Pyschoactive) I've come to realize a few things. When I joined Pyschoactive they took be under their wing and showed me the way. They took good care of me in every way possible. However I'm not one to be spoon feed information like some people. After listening and taking their constructive criticism the one thing I've come to realize is this...

If your strive for excellence people will see your progress. Remember actions speak louder then words and your performance in game will not go unnoticed. What I'm trying to get at here is you need to venture out on your own and take the time to read up on boss fights and learn as much as possible.

Everyone in this guild has a job and based on how well you do your job will make and break how good this guild can become. Its all up to you, so if your serious about uniting as one and working together please do your homework. Everyone puts their trust into one another here, so return the favor and read up.

Pass the knowledge along to your fellow guild members. Remember it's ok to ask for help or ask questions before a boss pull. No one is born knowing all this, you have to ask questions and read up. No one is going to yell at you for trying to learn!

I just want everyone on their "A-Game", so take what I have to offer you from my past experiences and apply it. Thank you!

First guild run ever and I'm very proud to say everything went extremely smooth. In the mean time we are still recruiting for DPS & Healers so raiding will continue next week after the servers reset. We just need a few more solid guild members so we do not have to pug along the way!
